Bayer CropScience is with annual sales of about EUR 6.5 billion one of the world’s leading innovative cropscience companies in the area of crop protection (Crop Protection), non agricultural pest-control (Environmental Science), seeds and plant biotechnology (BioScience). We are currently seeking:

Job Description:

-Sales Representative & Sales Executive

-Location: Across Indonesia

-Duties:Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for achieving sales target in the assigned area, monitoring stock inventory and product availability, creating demand, and implementing field demos and promotion programs.

Requirements:

* University degree in Agriculture
* At least 3 years related experience with proven track records (Sales Executives), or fresh graduate with GPA min. 2.75 (Sales Representatives)
* Result-oriented, self-reliant with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to be relocated within Indonesia
