Job Description:
* Work within Jakarta to achieve or exceed sales plan in key customers accounts
* Coordinate with other members within the Kennametal enterprise (Advanced Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to maximize the value delivered to and sales realized from target accounts.
* Arrange tests and demonstrate the performance and suitability of the Kennametal product range in support of capturing new sales and penetrating targeted accounts.
* Visit targeted accounts on a regular basis to build relationships with key contacts, maximize sales and service levels.
* Maintain and manage all Kennametal inventory located on customers’ premises (Con Stock – Test Tooling)
* Submit reports and requested information in a timely manner and in the requested format and travel with other Kennametal employees on specific assignments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing field in competitive environment in the automotive/metal cutting/technical manufacturing industry
* Ability to speak English
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows/ Office environment
* Possess strong leadership qualities, good communication & interpersonal skills, analytical approach & strategic mind and should be able to raise the performance bar in challenging assignments
* Possess own transport and willing to travel within South Asia region when required
