Although the work is primarily at the rig site, some time may be required in the office undertaking operations planning and “after action reviews” to capture learning and best practices for continuous improvement.

Drives a high level of HSSE leadership at the rig site, by conducting audits and SOC, to deliver COMPANY s safety agenda.
• Review and supervise onsite plans to ensure that COMPANY HSSE and COW procedures and standards are adhere to and that all work are conducted without incident.
• Responsible for the HSSE protection of all personnel, plant, equipment and environment on the rig. Ensure contractor live up to their SMS.
• Leads and conduct incident reporting and investigation.

Supreme Energy focuses its business on the development of geothermal energy in Indonesia to support the government program in meeting fast growing energy needs and establishing a more environmentally friendly energy mix with an increased proportion of renewable energy.

We have done four comprehensive pre-feasibility studies and we have secured three geothermal IUPs (mining concession license) for three areas in Sumatera. These three areas are included in the PLN long-term development plan (RUPTL 2010-2019) and in the second 10,000 MW accelerated development program launched by the government of Indonesia in 2010. Supreme plans to develop at least 220 MW of geothermal capacity in each area, with commercial production expected to start in late 2015 or early 2016.

1. DRILLING ENGINEER

Required: Bachelor degree in Engineering. Minimum 5 years drilling engineering and operations experience with oil & gas company, preferably geothermal company. Understanding of casing design, directional drilling, aerated drilling, drilling mud, cementing program with knowledge of pore pressure and fracture gradient issues. The person will report to the Drilling Engineering Superintendent providing engineering support in developing drilling programs based on Basis of Well Design.

2. SUPERVISOR CONSTRUCTION

Required : Relevant Engineering degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical. Engineering professional with over 10 years experience in control of major construction projects, geothermal preferred. Familiarity with geothermal processes, technology, equipment, vendors and manufacturers. Person will be based at project site. The person will work as a member of the project construction team to construct power plant and steam field projects.

3. CONTRACTS ENGINEER

Required: Experienced engineering professional with minimum 10 years previous experience as Contract Engineer with major construction projects. A relevant tertiary qualification in quantity surveying or engineering. Familiarity with FIDIC type contracts is esstial, and knowledge of engineering processes, technology, equipment, vendors and manufacturers. The person will manage commercial aspects of the project and especially construction contracts.

4. ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER

Required: Bachelor degree in Environmental study or Engineering. Minimum 5 years experience preferably including major EPC project experience with knowledge of geothermal operations associated with environmental aspects and HE Management System. Acquired AMDAL certificate and other environmental certificate (e.g. GHG Auditor. ISO 14001 Lead Auditor). The person will be responsible to plan, lead and coordinate the environmental requirements deliverables.

5. SAFETY OFFICER

Required : Bachelor degree in Safety study or Engineering. Has knowledge and experience in establishing and implementing safety standards / codes / guidances related to major geothermal construction, exploration drilling and operation. Familiarity with OHSAS 18001 OHSMS, preferably certified in basic occupational health and safety (NEBOSH/SMK3, etc). Person will be based at project site.
The person will be responsible to set up, improve, maintain and monitor SHE policy, program & procedures at project site and ensure its compliance with relevant regulations and Company / international SHE guidelines.

Based in Jakarta, the Contracts Manager – Asia, is responsible for the development, negotiation, and administration of drilling services contracts in two zones in Asia: Indonesia and Indochina (Thailand, Laos, Vietnam & Cambodia). This role directly reports to the Commercial Manager – Asia Pacific.

This key role is responsible for maintaining contract and proposal files, handling contractual issues of a complex nature, monitoring program performance and maintaining compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analysis of tender documents and customer enquiries
• Prepare customer contract proposals / tender submissions
• Ensure all bid assumptions are fully documented and key contractual terms are addressed in bid pricing
• Review performance and results of contracts measuring variance from bid performance and initiate necessary corrective action as appropriate
• Co-ordinate regular contract meetings with customers, including preparation of presentations, performance reviews and pricing reviews
• Organize and lead (with operations staff) a pre-job meeting and a post-job close out meetings
• Maintain registers of contract issues ensuring appropriate tracking and closeout
• Ensure that operations personnel are familiar with key contractual items
• Work closely and collaboratively with the invoicing department to ensure the Company charges everything that is allowed under the contract

Education and Experience

• Experience with contract negotiation and contract management
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent
• Sound business planning and effective time and priority management
• Proficiency in relevant computer programs such a MS Office
• Minerals drilling background preferred
• Experience working in a multi-national corporation preferred
• Knowledge of drilling techniques, applications and experience in the resource drilling or other drilling techniques would be well regarded

Mid-term Review will be conducted on the 3rd month of the traineeship program and final presentation will take place on the 6th month.

Along this 6 month development program, our Management Trainees will be mentored by our senior and highly experienced area sales leaders. A buddy system will also be established between the Management Trainees with our previous Management Trainee graduates (now working as the Territorial Sales Supervisor with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare).
Upon successful passing of the program, The Management Trainees will hold the position of Territory Sales Supervisor or Key Account Executive.

Territory Sales Supervisor will be act as GSK representative to lead and manage at least one designated Distributor to achieve GSK objectives. He/She will actively work with the Distributor team, by providing sales direction, setting up the business plan, managing Distributor sales team with main objective of increasing distribution of GSK products in specific territory by implementing market development plan from Commercial Marketing. He/She will also be responsible to ensure Distributor profitability as GSK Business partner, which means actively having regular business review with Distributor Management team.

Key Account Executive is responsible to develop Business Opportunity and Alignment with selected potential Moden Trade (MT) Independent Customers and Key Account Customers. Achieve fair Trading Term variable to fit and suit market condition and manage Trade Spend Investment within MT Independent Customers effectively & efficiently through leading and managing the achievement of the sales out and merchandising objectives within the assigned region in line with agreed targets and brand/trade marketing programs.
