1. Coal Processing Plant Maintenance Planner

Responsible for daily and maintenance planning and scheduling to support the operational maintenance team in achieving the highest levels of resource optimization and equipment availability across a sizable coal processing plant. You will also be involved in ensuring supplier compliance, inspect components and report on repairs, identify equipment deficiencies and potential cost reductions.

Qualifications:
• Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience within operational maintenance planning roles within the mining industry.
• Proficient in utilizing Planning and Scheduling Software, MS Office, email and internet.
• Desirable personal attributes such as a high attention to detail, time management skills and an innovative approach to scheduling and planning.

2. Mine Operation Foreman

To Coordinate and supervise all primary and supporting mining activities that is conducted by contractor or subcontractor to ensure that the implementation is aligned to the plan and comply with all regulations of safety and environment, hence all the activities can be conducted safely and environmental friendly.

Qualifications:
• Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Mine Engineering or Geology.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in mining area and hauling road supervision.
• Pengawas Operasional Pratama competence certified.
• Able to operate mine plan software (Minescape, Surpac and Xpac).
• Strong in analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.

• 5 years experience in open pit coal mining area for Supervisor, 2years experience in open pit coal mining area for Junior
• Preferably holding KIM (KartuIjinMeledakkan) for Blasting Engineer and Jr. Blasting Engineer.
• Capable and fast in performing calculation for survey purpose in the field and Familiar in operating survey equipment such as Compass, Theodolite, Digital Total Station, GPS , EDM, Total Station Topcon, Sokkia, etc for Surveyor / Jr. Surveyor

Qualification:
• Male max. 40 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree for Maintenance Planner/Jr. Maintenance Planner & min. Diploma Degree forPlant Supervisor/Plant Foreman.
• 5 years experience in open pit coal mining area for Supervisor& 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area for Foreman/Jr. Maintenance Planner.
• Good competencies& comprehend on Heavy Equipment Maintenance Service & Management.
• Familiar with planning scheduled maintenance for Maintenance Planner.
• Computer literacy is must for Maintenance Planner.

6. SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT SUPERINTENDENT (SHEDH) / SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SHESH) / SAFETY OFFICER (SHEO)

Qualification:
• Male, 30-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University min GPA 3.0
• Understands relevant Indonesian as well as international SHE standards
• Experience at least 5 years in HSE at the same level For Superintendent, and 2 years for Supervisor and Officer
• Have a minimum POP License for Superintendent, for Supervisor and officer POP Are preferable
