Various Positions @ Petronas Carigali Muriah Ltd.

We are now setting the Indonesia operations under the Production Sharing Contract term with BPMIGAS and doing an aggressive Exploration & Development Project in several Blocks.


HR & ADMIN MANAGER
Requirements:
• Recognized Degree in HR Management, Industrial Engineering or Law with relevant working experience.
• The position requires at least 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas, and 10 years in Human Resources Related areas.
• Having a good relationship with BPMigas and familiar in dealing with them.
• The candidates should have strong communication skill, strong leadership qualities, high degree of cultural sensitivity, good influencing and negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making.

OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in similar role within the oil and gas company
• Experience in setting offshore operation
• Experience in developing operation work programs & budget (WPB) and cooperate plan & budget (CPB)
• Good networking with BP Migas, Host Authority, other PSCs, and Consultants.

OPERATION SUPPORT HEAD
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience in similar role within oil and gas company
• Experience in developing, planning and coordinating respond to all production/operations issues onboard FPSO in liaison with Technical Service Group
• Experience in establishing oil and gas operation support strategy to meet the corporate operation excellent standard
• Having good knowledge in delivering production report, permits and administration for hydrocarbon lifting internally and externally to JV Partners, BP Migas, Migas, and other government agency

PAYROLL OFFICER
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or any other related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
• Demonstrated payroll processing experience
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Numerical ability and data entry skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Understanding of payroll legislation and processes ie. tax, superannuation
• Ability to interpret awards and relevant legislation
• Customer service focus
