The first coal concession was acquired in Malinau, East Kalimantan. Coal mining at Malinau commenced in 1996, producing 140 000 tonnes in the first year.

Corporate Senior Manager Mining

Responsibilities:
The Manager will lead the mining discipline, driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial, safety and business targets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in mining in similar role.
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
• Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
• Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.

Senior Manager Corporate Finance

Tasks / Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation and execution of corporate finance projects and investor relations activities, which include:
- Preparing financial projections
- Information/data collecting and processing
- Assisting in due diligence process
- Preparing and presenting presentations to internal management and external parties, incl. bankers, potential investors, other professionals

Skills required:
- Solid exposure to financial modeling / projections
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Mastery in Excel spreadsheet use
- Execution skills, initiative taker, strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and under time pressure
- Fluency in business English verbally and in writing
- Developed interpersonal skills

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in finance or accounting
- ±5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, auditing, capital markets or banking/creditanalysis, or other related fields
- Experience in the coal mining sector would be an advantage

Mine Plan Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Prepare short and long term mine plan (production and project).
• Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• Graduate Mining Engineer.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Mine Planning.
• Capability to operating Minescape or Surpac software.
• Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine.
• Prepared to work in remote areas.
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance.
• Good communication skills, written – verbal, both in English and Bahasa.
• Ready worked in remote area.
