PT. Borneo Alam Semesta(PT BAS), a company that is engaged in Coal Mining Contractors in the rapidly growing, with a work area in South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan. As a growing company, the management of PT BAS requires a reliable information system for planning and operation of the resources owned by PT BAS.
1. Project Manager
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer/Civil Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal operation project.
• Minimum 1 year in Project Manager Position
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential. Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
• Preferably held a “POU”/”POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan area
2. Deputy Project Manager
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years experience in the operation of open cut mining.
• Minimum 5 years in mine engineering / mine planning.
• Having experience in mine planning, subcontract management, cost management and staff management
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential. Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.

• Preferably held a POM Mining Indonesia competency certificate.

3. ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT ( MES )
• S1 degree Mining Engineering
• Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software ( minescap. surpac, etc )
• Minimum 5 years experiences in mining
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill
• Having POP license
4. HR Organization Development Specialist
• Female
• Bachelor degree From any major
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Human Resources.
• Familiar with Job Description, Job Evaluation, Succession Planning, Competencies and HR System
• Preferably has experiences in mining industry
•Good interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English
• Fast learner & open minded
• Good communication
• Placed in Sunter Jakarta Utara.
5. QHSE Manager
• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 8 years experience, preferable with mining industry background.
• Minimum 1 year in QHSE Position
• Hold AK3 certified from government
• Well versed with OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Have experience with HSE Management Systems & their implementation at an operational level
• Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections
• Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes
• Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing).
• Placed in Sunter Jakarta Utara
6. Plant Asset Management Superintendent
• 3 years experience as a Plant Maintenance Strategy.
• Familiar with the Equipment Management System
• Mastering the Asset Management System (Ellipse, JDE, ERP, etc)
• Familiar with Prime Product Catalog
• Familiar with the System Maintenance Tool OMM, PB, SM, MTS. AnD, Specisfikasi (eg SIS, HOP, LINKONE etc)
• Familiar with Proaktive Predictive maintenance and management systems, procedures and SOP.
• Plant systems mengusai KPI (key performance indicators) implementation and fedback
• Familiar in Condition monitoring (SOS interpreter, Cut Filter and Plug Mug interpreter)
• Familiar with Failure analysis report system, Materials Science and NDT (Non Destruction Test) Result
• Mastering ROB (Repair Option Builder)
• Mastering the Project Cost Budget and the maintenance and controling.
• Structure mengusai Cost Account and Expense Element Of Plant Department.
• Placed in Jakarta
