HRD Officer (HRO)
Job Desk:
To conduct recruitment and selection processes for new employee
Build and develop HR program like employee training
To conduct job analysis and other analysis related to employee productivity
Requirements:
Male/Female with maximum age 28 years old
Holding Bachelor Degree in Psychology
Fresh Graduate preferable
Have knowledge and skills of psychological assessment tools and its administration
Apply psychological science to make programs and activities related ti employee productivity
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and fast leaner
Able to work as an individual or in team
Able to handle a variety of tasks in a minimum time
Computer literate
