1. PLANT SECTION HEAD (Code: PLSH)

Responsibilities: Manage all costs, sources, and support facilities to provide and ensure heavy and support equipments are ready to achieve target and company strategy determined including overall maintenance reviewing and cost planning.

Qualification:
• Male, Max 40 years old
• Bachelor degree related
• 5 – 8 years experience as a section head or manager in open pit coal mining area and related position
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Have a strong leadership and communication skill
• Base in Kalimantan

2. PLANT SUPERVISOR (Code: PLSPV)

Responsibilities: Ensure plan, maintenance, implementation and monitoring for planned and unplanned maintenance for support and heavy equipment are according to section target determined.

Qualification:
• Male, Max 40 years old
• Min. Diploma degree related
• 3 – 5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area and related position
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Have a strong leadership and communication skill
• Base in Kalimantan

3. PLANT GROUP LEADER (Code: PLGL)

Responsibilities: Ensuring and implementing Predictive, Preventive maintenance, component exchange, and provide conditional monitoring according to section target determined.

Qualification:
• Male, Max 35 years old
• Min. Diploma degree related
• 2 - 3 years experience as a group leader in open pit coal mining area and related position
• Have a mechanic experience or background would be an advantage
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Have a strong leadership and communication skill
• Base in Kalimantan

4. INSTRUCTOR (Plant) (Code: PLINS)

Responsibilities: Ensure all activities related to training and development for mechanics are running effectively and efficient, including teaching, module developing and monitoring for green and experience mechanics according to company strategy.

Qualification:
• Male Max. 35 years old
• 3 - 5 years experience as a mechanic instructor especially in mining companies
• Training For Trainer (TFT) certificated
• Basic Mechanical Course (BMC) certificated
• Be able to teach (in-class & field practical)
• Be able to work in a team
• Have a strong communication skill
• Base in Kalimantan

5. MEKANIK ALAT BERAT (Code: MEC)

Responsibilities: Ensuring the service, troubleshooting, and repair for heavy equipment and support tools in accordance with quality standards for performance and achievement of availability (PA) in accordance with set targets.

qualifications:
• Male Max. 35 years
• Experience 3-5 years as a heavy equipment mechanic
• Have a certificate of Basic Mechanical Course (BMC)
• He worked in the mining company would be a plus
• Ability to work in teams
• Base in Kalimantan
