Petugas Sentra (P-PS)
* Preferred female
* Graduated D3, all majors
* Age max. 30 years
* Having a SIM C
* Willing to live and work in villages and enjoyed a field assignment
* Never actively joined in the organization
* Willing to be placed anywhere

Wakil Manager Sentra (P-WMS)
* Preferred female
* Graduated D3, all majors
* Age max. 30 years
* Having a SIM C
* Willing to live and work in villages and enjoyed a field assignment
* Never actively joined in the organization
* Willing to be placed anywhere

Manager Sentra (P-MS)
* Preferred female
* Graduated S1, all majors
* Age max. 30 years
* 1 year working experience in the field of micro-finance / mikrofinance
* Having a SIM C
* Willing to live and work in villages and enjoyed a field assignment
* Never actively joined in the organization
* Willing to be placed anywhere
