Management Trainee (MT)
We are currently looking for highly talented individuals to join our Management Trainee Program focusing in the Sales area. It’s a 6 months development program which will equip the selected individuals to become world-class talents in the GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Sales Organization.
The traineeship journey begins with the GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare business overview, product knowledge and relevant technical knowledge as well as hard skills and soft skills training. Qualification:
• Male, with minimum age 24 – 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree majoring Engineering or HSE Science min. 3years as HSE Officer at Oil & Gas Operation
• Having Certificate K3 Migas
• Have strong interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and attractive
• Able to communicate and write report in English
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Words, Access, Excel and Power point) and able to operate internet programmed

• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering

9. IT Administrator – System & Database (IA)

• Responsible to comply any adjustment required by Audit Concern that suitable with IT best practice
• Support any ITs project that require infrastructure expertise and knowledge

10. Sales Compliance (Code : SC)
• Bachelor Degree in any major, more prefer female
• Having 1 – 2 year experience in sales & marketing, has experience in coal sales contract is advantage
• Communicate or coordinate with M,S&L planner on the blending plan
• Communicate or coordinate with quality management team regarding with quality of blending specification
• Communicate or coordinate with government relation team for submitting the blending plan in order to get the blending permit approval from government
• Communicate or coordinate with Legal Dept for reviewing the sales contract
• Supporting Sales Compliance for reporting relevant compliance matter in accordance with government regulation
• Establish database for audit report
